A 3-Day Challenge for Married Women
Come Back to Desire.Come Back to You.
The Sweet Woman Challenge
Experience deeper intimacy, greater confidence, and better sexual satisfaction in your marriage — regardless of body size.
What would change in your marriage if intimacy stopped feeling like something you endure, avoid or perform — and started feeling like something you actually participate in?
In just 3 days, we will have the conversation most married women were never allowed to have — about desire, confidence, body image, communication and connection.
Hosted by Modupe Olagundoye · Live online · 3 sessions

In Just 3 Days
Experience deeper intimacy, greater confidence and better sexual satisfaction in your marriage — regardless of body size.
Right now another woman is quietly rebuilding closeness with her husband. Not because she is younger, slimmer or more confident than you. Because someone finally talked to her honestly about intimacy — and no one ever did that for you.
Most married women do not need more shame, more silence or more advice they can't say out loud. They need a safe, honest conversation and a way forward. That is what these three days are for.
Day 1
Understanding Yourself
Your body, your desire and the beliefs quietly running your intimacy.
Day 2
Understanding Connection
Communication, emotional safety and what happens long before the bedroom.
Day 3
Becoming The Sweet Woman
Confidence, participation and a plan you can actually live out.
Talk. Understand. Reconnect.
Join The Sweet Woman Challenge
Three days of honest teaching for married women who want intimacy that feels like closeness, not performance. No shame. No pretending. No lectures about becoming someone you are not.
Most married women don't need more information about sex. They need permission, language and a plan.
During this challenge, we will work through five problems that quietly cost marriages their closeness.
Problem #1
“I don't really understand my own body or what I enjoy.”
Problem #2
“I can't talk about intimacy with my husband without it becoming tense.”
Problem #3
“I don't feel desirable in the body I'm in right now.”
Problem #4
“Intimacy has become a duty I perform, not something I look forward to.”
Problem #5
“We've drifted, and I don't know how to close the distance without a fight.”
The Heart Of This Challenge
A Sweet Woman Isn't a Perfect Woman.
She is a woman learning to understand herself.
A woman who can talk about intimacy without shame.
A woman who doesn't measure her desirability by the size of her body.
A woman who understands that connection involves more than what happens in the bedroom.
A woman who is willing to become curious about herself, her husband and the marriage they are building.
She isn't performing intimacy. She's participating in it.
You're Not Broken. You May Simply Never Have Been Taught.
What she thinks the problem is
- ✗ "My body is the problem."
- ✗ "My age is the problem."
- ✗ "My husband is the problem."
- ✗ "Something is wrong with me."
- ✗ "This is just what marriage becomes."
What may actually be happening
- ♥ Beliefs about sex absorbed long before marriage
- ♥ Shame that makes honest conversation feel unsafe
- ♥ No language to say what she wants or doesn't want
- ♥ Emotional distance that shows up physically
- ♥ Intimacy treated as an event instead of a relationship
It's rarely about effort. It's about understanding — of yourself, your body and the connection you share.
What Changes
When She Understands Herself, Her Connection and Her Body
Is This You?
“I love my husband, but intimacy has quietly become complicated.”
“I avoid being seen because of how I feel about my body.”
“I don't know how to bring this up without hurting him.”
“I want to enjoy this part of my marriage, not just get through it.”
Then you are in the right place.
Because a marriage doesn't grow distant overnight. And it doesn't grow close by accident either.
The Cost of Waiting
Silence is rarely neutral. Left alone, it usually grows.
✗Conversations that never happen turn into assumptions
✗Assumptions turn into resentment
✗Resentment turns into distance
✗Distance turns into avoidance
✗Avoidance turns into two people living politely beside each other
Many marriages don't lose intimacy because love ran out. They lose it because no one ever gave them the words.

Why Modupe Created This Conversation

Modupe Olagundoye has been teaching women about intimacy long before this challenge existed.
She has taught intimacy-related material to married women in church settings — rooms where these subjects are usually whispered about, joked about, or avoided completely.
What she kept meeting were women who loved their husbands and still felt lost. Women who assumed their age disqualified them. Women who believed their body size made them undesirable. Women carrying fixed beliefs about sex that no one had ever invited them to question.
Participants in that earlier teaching reported improved intimacy and greater sexual enjoyment — including women who had previously struggled to enjoy intimacy because of age, body-size concerns and long-held beliefs. Some reported becoming more intentional about improving intimacy afterward.
The Sweet Woman Challenge exists to bring that same honest conversation to more women, in a structured three-day format, without shame and without pretending.
Because a woman deserves to understand her own body, her own desire and her own marriage.
From Modupe's Previous Teaching
What Women Reported Afterwards
These outcomes come from women who participated in Modupe's earlier teaching on intimacy in church settings — not from The Sweet Woman Challenge, which is new. They are shared as reported themes, not as individual testimonials.
Improved Intimacy
Participants reported improved intimacy in their marriages after the teaching.
The conversation itself changed what was possible at home.
Greater Enjoyment
Women who had previously struggled to enjoy intimacy — because of age, body-size concerns or fixed beliefs — reported greater sexual enjoyment.
The obstacle was often belief, not body.
More Intentional
Some participants reported becoming more intentional about improving intimacy afterwards.
Understanding turned into action.
